Production & Shipping Timeline

ORTACTICAL operates from our Thailand facility near Bangkok. All OEM/ODM orders follow this timeline:

• Prototype: 7-10 business days from design approval
• Production: 45-60 days from sample approval (standard orders)
• Expedited: Available for repeat clients and large-volume orders

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via:

• DHL Express — 3-5 business days (door-to-door)
• FedEx Priority — 3-5 business days
• UPS Worldwide — 4-6 business days
• Air Freight (FOB Bangkok) — for large bulk orders
• Sea Freight (FOB Bangkok) — 20-30 days, for container orders

Packaging

All orders are packaged in military-grade poly bags and corrugated boxes. Custom retail packaging and private-label branding available for OEM clients.

Export Documentation

We handle all export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading. FOB Bangkok terms available.

MOQ

Minimum order quantity: 50 pieces per SKU for stock designs. Custom projects may have different MOQ based on complexity and materials.
