Returns & Refunds Policy

OEM / Custom Orders

All OEM and custom-manufactured orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. We work closely with you during prototyping to ensure the final product meets your requirements before production begins.

Stock Product Returns

For stock items purchased from our catalog:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Buyer pays return shipping
• Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving returned item

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• We provide a prepaid return label
• Replace or refund within 5 business days

Warranty

ORTACTICAL products are manufactured to mil-spec standards. Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
