Material Sourcing & Validation
We source from a curated global network of certified suppliers. 500D/1000D Cordura nylon, NYCO flame-resistant blends, military-grade webbing, YKK zippers, ITW/Duraflex buckles, and proprietary laminates. Every material batch is tested for tensile strength, abrasion resistance, colorfastness, and dimensional stability before it enters production.
Pattern Engineering & Prototyping
Our in-house team of 12 pattern engineers creates CAD patterns from your specifications. We sew functional prototypes — not digital renders — that you can test and validate. Average prototype turnaround: 7-10 business days. Revisions and refinements are included in the process.
Production & Quality Control
After sample approval, production runs across 32 lines staffed by 600+ skilled workers. Every order passes three QC checkpoints: raw material inspection before cutting, in-process inspection at 50% completion, and final pre-shipment inspection on finished goods. AQL 2.5 standards enforced on every batch. Standard lead time: 45-60 days from sample approval.
